I’ll admit I was skeptical at first (sometimes Groupon deals can be a little… sneaky), but I’m so glad I took the chance because I LOVE this program. I absolutely love yoga, and a few months ago I decided to start working toward my teaching certification. Because my schedule is packed with university and family obligations—and there aren’t many studios where I live—most of my learning has to happen online. I’m a practical, to-the-point person and don’t need anyone to hold my hand through a membership. This app gave me exactly what I needed. The classes are thoughtful, efficient, and easy to follow—perfect for someone who just wants to get in, learn, and practice.
