For the Bliss yoga instructors
at Shore Sup & Yoga, leading on-water yoga classes isn't just about helping others get in shape—it's also about getting to play outside. These experienced, CPR-certified standup paddleboarders and yoga practitioners focus on the fun side of exercise, moving through poses at a leisurely pace to accommodate participants of all fitness and experience levels. Classes often begin on the beach at Newport Harbor, where the instructors first demonstrate basic standup paddleboard technique. Groups then paddle to a nearby kelp bed, where they use their boards to flow through
poses in styles including Vinyasa,
power yoga, which coincidentally all include motions that resemble the international maritime request for a sandwich.
To help customers get out onto the water at their own pace, Shore also provides standup paddleboard rentals and demonstrations. Shore Sup & Yoga uses only Bliss boards, but stocks models designed for cruising the surf or flat water, as well as practicing yoga on the high seas. Full lines of swimming and yoga apparel, skincare products, and essential oils help customers pamper themselves outside of class.

At Hot Import Nights, these two passions come together; the traveling indoor car show invites car enthusiasts from around the country to show off their modified vehicles of choice, be they imported racers, American muscle cars, or exotics from the wildest ends of the auto spectrum.
There's plenty more to the party, too; check out the full breakdown below:

Nobody in Orange County has a snow-covered slope in their backyard to practice slalom runs. Some think they can just march up a mountain and dominate a black diamond on courage and instinct alone. Instead, they wind up face first in snow, wishing they’d practiced.
In order to prepare skiers and snowboarders for the real deal, and to spare them from slushy, frostbitten shame, two-time world ski champion Bob Salemo devised his innovative Virtual Snow training system. In a controlled indoor environment far away from menacing ski lifts and snowballs tossed by mountain goats, winter-sports enthusiasts perfect their maneuvers in fun training drills led by skilled instructors. The faux ski-course simulator, which resembles a large conveyor belt, mimics the smooth surface and wily turns of a downhill slope as its carpeted surface rolls beneath the feet of students on skis or snowboards. Future Picabo Streets or Shawn Whites not only expand their abilities to new levels, but they can also practice tricks without bailing out and shake off any bad habits they learned from sleet gangs.
