  • Triple Crown Indoor Batting Cages
Ever since the first pitching machine wound up and hurled its inaugural strike in 1993, Triple Crown Indoor Batting Cages has helped baseball and softball players build upon their skills. Aspiring sluggers can log cuts inside any of the seven cages—three apiece for baseball and softball, plus one for fast-pitch softball—or trade the confines of the cage for open-area hitting. Here, players can practice their line drives and work on developing a pop-up that makes infielders comically run into each other. Hitting and pitching instruction is always available, and arcade games give players a chance to unwind after long hours of practice.

  • Raceway to Fun
For more than 30 years, Raceway to Fun's grounds have offered visitors six outlets for their adrenaline. Two miniature golf courses beckon players to putt their way around large rocks and down angled fairways or traverse bridges to strike through loops and other obstacles. In a pool, participants as young as six board colorful bumper boats whose guns can spray off even the most severe of grass stains. Nearby, sharp turns on a winding go-kart track challenge drivers behind the wheel of single or double-rider karts. Golfers at the driving range launch balls over green fields while sluggers stare into the eyes of 16 pitching machines at the batting cages. Visitors can engage in each activity until dusk, when the sun setting on the horizon and the sky fading to dark blue signal both closing time and the start of the man in the moon's terrible stand-up routine.

  • Ambition Taekwondo
The instructors at Bodyblast Studio wrap fitness, personal growth, and entertainment into tidy one-hour classes centered on pole fitness, Latin-inspired dance moves, or competitive martial arts. Ladies-only pole-fitness classes utilize poles for leverage and stability as bodies swing and slide their way to a healthy sweat in routines designed to strengthen the core and upper body. Exercisers teach imaginary rivals a lesson they won’t soon forget as they pummel the air with swift kicks and punches in tae kwon do classes, and hearts race through the hip-churning steps of Latin-inspired Zumba dance classes. For a more calming exercise, balance a lopsided aura with a Vinyasa flow yoga class that links mind and body with conscious breathing. A spring-loaded hardwood aerobic floor keeps steps peppy and reduces strain on joints during all-out workouts or dance sessions. Brass poles and glossy kettlebells reflect the colorful lights flashing overhead as hit dance tunes blast through the speakers of a full sound system.
