Photo Magic of Florida rents out photo booths for special events, offering guests a source of entertainment as well as party souvenirs. For up to three hours, guest can pose with each other in a classic metal booth, bringing their own props or changing the booth’s custom backgrounds and frames.
ID’s Fabulous PhotoBooth adds photographic pizzazz to weddings, birthday parties, proms, and other events. Guests rummage through the props box and don Viking helmets, Groucho glasses, and bunny ears before striking impromptu poses in front of a magenta background. Throughout each of ID’s three packages, subjects enjoy limitless shots, each rolling out smoothly under the watch of a friendly onsite attendant. Guests can also commemorate the evening with a custom memory book or give thanks to attendees with thank-you cards bearing candid images from the event.
Phobooth's team knows photography—its work has been cited in the New York Times, Wired, and Newsweek. So, when staff members set out to develop their photo booth, they upheld high standards, demanding that the booth produce magazine-quality images. Today, they transport their photo booths across the entire state of Florida with no travel fees. After setting up the fully automatic photo booth at parties or corporate events, they welcome guests to pop in and strum fluffy pink guitars while wrapping their friends in feathery boas. The prop box also includes items such as old-fashioned hats or oversize sunglasses, and photos print using an ink that's designed to last the shelf life of mayonnaise—100 years. Phobooth offers three packages: basic, which comes with a disc of all pictures taken; plus, which adds social-networking options; and premium, which includes custom velvet backdrops and screen graphics. A photo-booth attendant delivers and sets up each package and stands by throughout the event.
Framed Fun's photobooths snap a series of shots and instantly spit out a strip of prints to enjoy, but since they're brought to weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and other parties, there's no need to fumble around for a quarter like you would at the mall. And also unlike the mall booths, these boast a whole host of extra options to make the experience more memorable, such as props, green screens, a red carpet and velvet ropes leading to the red-curtained entryway, and even the ability to take short videos. A technician's on hand to set up the booths, and in addition to guests getting their own copies of the pictures, photos can also be added to a scrapbook or be shared instantly via social media.
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I believe that the quality of our pictures and service we provide really separate us from other Photo Booth companies. We also don't over charge our customers which really allows us to build a strong business relationship. We strive for greatness and always cater to our clients needs.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I own a DJ company and was always seeing Photo Booths at events that I was working and saw how much fun guests were having using these Booth's and taking pictures. So one event I tried it and thought it was the funnest thing ever! I knew this was something I could do and people would love!!
What do you love most about your job?
For me, the thing I enjoy the most is watching clients and their guests using the booth, smiling, and having a good time! It's always rewarding when a client rents a booth from me and tells me the booth was
the high light of their event. Client satisfaction is what I love most about my job!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I provided a photo booth rental for a wedding and the bride thanked me over and over again. She went on and on about how the Photo Booth is a big hit and the gusts loved the fact that they could go in take a few pictures, walk out, and have something to take home with them to cherish the night.
The mobile photography chambers from TLC Photo Booth capture candid shots of party guests at weddings, birthday parts, and corporate events. Before piling into the spacious booth, guests rummage through a props box, bedecking themselves with hats, boas, and tiny hats for their hats. The onsite attendant—who also sets up all equipment—stays on hand through the entire rental, ensuring cameras keep clicking and prints roll out smoothly.
