Hear About a Legendary Chicago Business’ Success with Groupon
Built by high-school sweethearts Maurie and Flaurie in 1948 and still owned and operated by Maurie and Flaurie, along with their children and grandchildren, Superdawg Drive-In serves up its take on the classic American hot dog alongside a menu of original drive-in favorites like Supershakes and Whoopercheesies that have earned it feature spots on the Travel Channel and Food Network. The namesake Superdawg vanquishes hunger with a special-recipe all-beef Chicago-style Superdawg flanked by sidekicks of mustard, piccalilli, kosher dill pickle, chopped Spanish onions, and hot peppers. Each Superdawg arrives on a poppy-seed bun with signature crinkle-cut Superfries.
Groupon and Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association Partner to Connect More Chicagoans with the Neighborhood's Local Businesses
Discover the Best of Beverly, a partnership with the Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association, features a curated deal collection that embodies the vibrant character of two historic South Side neighborhoods and supports the local arts scene. In addition to the merchant collection, Groupon is providing a $5,000 ‘impact grant’ and running a Groupon Grassroots fundraising campaign to support the Beverly Art Walk. Half of the impact grant funded a concert in the park on August 18th and the other half will support the Beverly Art Walk on October 8, an annual event featuring over 200 local artists. We are thrilled to expand “Discover Downtown” into this South Side Chicago gem!
