How do I return a Groupon Stores item?

Contact the merchant using the information identified on your email order confirmation to initiate your return and receive a return label. Once the merchant receives and confirms your returned item, Groupon will initiate your refund. Please allow up to 2–3 weeks for your refund to be issued.


  • Groupon Stores products are eligible for return to the merchant within the number of days identified in the Fine Print.
  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned unless defective.
