Collect your printed vouchers from the Vox City customer service representative located outside the Table Rock Welcome Centre, at the tunnel entrance from the Power Station Parking Lot, between 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
Alternatively, you can print the vouchers yourself at home before you arrive. After booking, you will receive an e-mail from the tour operator VOX CITY, which will include 3 vouchers. Print all 3 vouchers and bring these with you to Niagara.
When you have your printed vouchers, take your Journey Behind the Falls voucher to the Table Rock Welcome Centre and reserve your entry-time for this attraction first.
For Skylon Tower, you can take your printed voucher directly to the attraction and enter at any time during the opening hours - 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM.
For the walking tour, you will join the tour at the time-slot you have booked on Viator (either 10:30 AM or 1:00 PM).
