I explained to my sister that this was the Best worst message ever... Hear me out! I came in saying I feel like I just need a good stretch or something I felt really tight in certain places. Melvin explained everything to me throughout the process and walked me through breathing techniques and everything. You know how people say it hurt so good? That was it... He did exactly what was needed and while it didn't feel the best (I also have a low pain tolerance) I felt amazing after and I was shocked when I went to stretch and was able to bend and criss cross my legs in the seated position which is something I have been trying to do for months now but it has been too painful. I was in shock! What was once super painful I was able to do effortlessly! I told my sister I didn't know if I was never coming back, or getting a membership lol... Clearly I saw amazing results and will definitely be back and telling others as well! So much so that I believe this is my first ever Groupon review! Do yourself a favor... book the 90 minutes! It's worth it!
