Service and food is okay, not great. I ordered surf and turf with the surf as described as an eight ounce lobster tail, but I got two 4 ounce tails...not quite the same thing. I told the waitress that had I known that they weren't serving eight ounce tails that I would have ordered something else. She apologized explaining that she was new and didn't know. I would not go back unless with a coupon.

It was a wonderful restaurant, ambience was romantic, the service was excellent and prompt. The entrees were very good. I would recommend Charlotte's Restaurant to anyone who enjoys fine food. Also the musician who played during dinner was wonderful.
