High temperatures melt stress and extract toxins as up to 50 students practice 32 beginner-friendly bends and balances in CORE 32 classes. Other offerings include CORE Master sessions, YIN yoga, and a blend of CORE 32 and YIN. See the schedule for bē HOT YOGA, formerly known as Bikram Yoga Edmonton.

bē HOT YOGA

At bē HOT YOGA, yogis of all levels practice poses designed to pump fresh oxygen through the body. To build strength and flexibility, poses are taught in a progressive sequence. In addition to complementing the poses, two deep-breathing techniques melt stress by purging mental clutter. Balmy temperatures infuse the practice space in some sessions, promoting litheness and drawing toxins to the skin’s surface. Impurities can then exit through beads of sweat, making the body feel energized and refreshed.

In a Nutshell

During 60-, 75-, or 90-minute classes, certified instructors lead a variety of yoga classes that bolster strength, flexibility, and focus
