Must arrive no less than 15 minutes early, classes start on time and doors are locked when class is in session. Valid for new clients only or those who haven't used services in the past 6 months. Must be 18 or older. Must sign waiver. Not valid for those with high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, respiratory problems, history of kidney problems, have recently had surgeries, or pregnant women. All classes must be used by the same person. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services.
