It provided me with a routine that I can use on my own to work core exercises at home. The experience of being in a group to do the workout gets the competitive nature in me to try harder to keep up with the class leader. It was worth the money I spent.

I have requested a refund for this Groupon yesterday, as I wasn't pleased with the facilities/accomodations and it appears the bulk of people using that facility are men. I prefer to look for a facility that is either male/female or all female. Thank You!
