Choose Between Two Options

  • $49 for a four-week fitness boot camp (a $225 value)
  • $79 for an eight-week fitness boot camp (a $450 value)

The 45-minute express boot-camp class leads men and women through a specially designed metabolic workout. Exercises vary, but often include body-weight exercises, resistance-band training, battle ropes, TRX training, and medicine balls. Workouts also focus on injury prevention and holistic health. Fly Girl Fitness

Briar Munro leads the staff of trainers at Fly Girl Fitness—a fitness centre founded with the philosophy of creating a non-intimidating, caring, and supportive atmosphere for women to work out in. Trainers offer tailored personal-training plans based on each client’s goals and fitness level. They also lead small-group training sessions, express group training classes for men and women, and camps focused specifically on boosting cardio performance and core strength. More than just a gym, Fly Girl also specializes in holistic lifestyle coaching that encompasses fitness, diet, nutrition, sleep patterns, and stress levels.
