Seasoned instructors lead students through a variety of classes appropriate for all fitness levels. The yoga and mat Pilates classes focus on using body weight and gravity as the source of resistance during postures that loosen muscles and build core strength. The equipment Pilates classes make use of reformer and tower equipment to add increased resistance, allowing for deeper stretches and more intense exercises. See the full schedule here.

Core Studio

Core Studio’s instructors have created a warm, welcoming environment for any visitor looking for a place to unwind or build muscle. The studios, with their wood floors and exposed brick, look out on the Toronto skyline and contain reformer and tower Pilates equipment for challenging workouts. There are more than 70 classes a week, and each is assigned an intensity level—Mat Precision focus on "deliberate" movements, for example, while Pilates BootCamp is “athletic.”
