I truly enjoyed my first experience at Embrace Yoga. I’m grateful they confirmed my vaccination status. The instructor spoke with each new student to inquire about injuries or concerns she needed to be aware of, the pace was comfortable, folks at different skill levels were provided with modification instructions in addition to being live streamed for students not in class. I’m coming back!

The facility is beautiful - high ceilings, hard wood floors, lovely decor. Hatha Yoga with the sub, Luciana, was wonderful. She did it right - slow, deep Asana that provide a stretch and relaxation at once. My first visit and I'm sold already. Wonderful spot in downtown San Rafael, and the owner Beth could not be more accomodating.
