Fabiano's Karate

The instructors at Fabiano's Karate specialize in Matsumura Seito Shorin-ryu, a style of karate that focuses on targeting pressure points rather than using sheer strength. During classes, children and adults learn to disable opponents with blows to these key pressure points using striking, kicking, and punching techniques. In addition to these standing techniques, pupils take to the ground to learn grappling and floor skills as well as show off a perfect Curly Howard–style spin.
