About FitDestiny
For a brief time in college, Brandon Sellnow played D1 football. As an offensive lineman, he needed to carry around a lot of weight. But when his playing days had passed, Brandon realized that living at that weight was no longer healthy.
That's when he created FitDestiny FitCamp, a concept that keeps workout routines as fresh as dumbbells adorned with potpourri. FitCamp blasts bodies with a different workout every day. Some days, functional circuit workouts push muscles through the use of kettlebells, tractor tires, and heavy ropes. Other days, CRS ("Core, Run, Stretch") workouts help build strong abs through fun, different exercises. Bodyweight Blast classes and the physically demanding FD Challenge Workout round of the rest of the week. No matter the day's focus, FitCamp inspires a high level of camaraderie that enables participants to work toward their individual goals as a unit.
