During each one-hour class, a trainer leads 10–15 exercisers through a series of cardio drills, core exercises, and strength-training routines. Exercises might incorporate familiar equipment such as dumbbells or creative tools such as large jugs of water. Classes are held at the Stafford and Katy locations on Wednesdays from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.
