$39 for 90-Minute Zumba or Yoga Workshop and Three Classes ($95 Value)

Expert instructors teach students not comfortable in regular fitness classes the fundamentals of yoga and Zumba in a non-judgmental, supportive environment. Yoga classes boost flexibility, decrease stress, and promote overall wellness. Zumba classes jump-start metabolism and burn up to 1,000 calories with easy-to-perform dance moves set to Latin-flavoured beats. Students also get a pass to attend three additional yoga or Zumba classes, which they can mix and match to their fitness preferences. See the schedules for yoga and Zumba. FitZonePLUS only allows a maximum of 12 students per yoga class and 14 students per Zumba class to keep classes intimate and not overcrowd. Yoga mat and all equipment is included.

FitZonePLUS

Owner Suzanne Gracan started FitZonePLUS with a welcoming philosophy at her boutique fitness facility for those looking to work out in a more motivational environment: to be supportive, non-judgmental, and inclusive with no attitude. In addition to a wide array of classes suitable for all fitness levels—from absolute beginners to intermediate—she and her team of instructors have designed modified group personal-training, BodyFIT, and Zumba classes. Classes are taught multi-level and are appropriate for beginners looking for guidance as well as those seeking a killer workout.Yoga classes are designed for beginner to intermediate levels and can be modified for most people through the use of props while Zumba classes are lower impact with simpler dance steps. Instructors help students by providing modifications to accommodate physical ability, keeping classes challenging in a motivational setting and the owner offers a free consultation if you require help in deciding which classes are best for you.
