Yoga classes aim to boost flexibility, decrease stress, and promote wellness. Group personal training classes, which offer an alternative to more expensive private training sessions, help clients meet fitness goals with personal plans and fun strength-training classes. After learning that many people are intimidated by typical yoga studios and gyms, owner Suzanne Gracan started FitZonePLUS, a boutique fitness facility created for those who want a more supportive environment. In addition to a wide array of regular classes suitable for all fitness levels, she and her team of instructors have designed modified group personal-training, yoga, and Zumba classes for those less comfortable in the regular sessions. Yoga classes are designed for all skill levels and can be modified for most people through the use of props. Zumba classes are slower than average with simpler dance steps. Instructors help students by providing modifications to accommodate physical ability, keeping classes challenging in a motivational setting.
