Fly Studio

There's one thing that's missing from most of Fly Studio's yoga classes—mats. That's because they specialize in aerial and suspension yoga, two practices that challenge yogis to pose in harnesses or aerial silks that hang from the ceiling. Mats do make an appearance in candlelight yoga and Pilates mat sessions, though students get right back off the floor for Reformer classes. Classes are held seven days a week, and occasionally include series workshops or an eighth day of classes for those flexible enough to stretch off the space-time continuum.
