Due to a special celebration, the mall was much especially busy and not particularly conducive to the level of relaxation I was hoping for. However, staff were friendly, location was well kept, & overall I enjoyed the experience.

VERY strange that they charged me tax on top of the price I paid on Groupon. I would have had a better experience if this fee was communicated to me beforehand (and if it was, should be more clear). It makes me wonder the legitimacy of business practice. On a good note, the client service was excellent and very friendly.
