This five-night yoga retreat at Kalani includes all meals, yoga mats, props, and blankets, as well as a yoga retreat of your choosing. Choose from the following yoga retreats:
- Personalized Yoga Experience, March 3–8
- Hawaii Full Moon Yoga, March 23–28
- Intuitive Yoga and Meditation, April 8–13
- Hawaiʻi Blue Hands – Gay Men’s Yoga, April 22–27
- Puna Music Festival – Yoga Escape, May 7–12
- Practical Yoga: Cultivating Inner Strength and Radiance, May 12–17
- Hawaii Yoga Escape, May 20–25 Hawaii Summer Bliss, June 17–22
Kalani’s talented instructors can count decades of yoga experience, having learned from eminent yogis around the world. They share a passion for Kalani’s inclusive ethos, welcoming retreat participants of all backgrounds and levels of yoga experience.
Between asana poses, you’ll enjoy three daily meals served at an alfresco dining patio. Resident chefs use local produce and fish to craft delicious Hawaiian, Thai, and Indian food. Aside from yoga, guests can relax at several facilities, including a heated saltwater Watsu pool, 120 acres of rainforest trails, and a 25-meter lap pool.
After enjoying the starry sky, visitors can retreat to their comfortable guest rooms. Known as "hales" in Hawaiian, the eco-friendly, two-level dwellings have no TVs, phones, or air conditioning, but screens filter in crisp sea breezes and let visitors enjoy magnificent jungle views.
