Multi-City Tour of Spain

This 8-day tour includes guided sightseeing tours in several of Spain’s major cities—Madrid, Seville, Cordoba, Toledo, and Granada. You’ll also have leisure time to explore each city on your own. We’ve outlined some of our favorite highlights below.

The trip includes:

 • Round-trip airfare
 • 3 nights in Madrid at Hotel Husa Princesa or similar
 • 2 nights in Seville at the Hotel Sevilla Center or similar
 • 1 night in Granada at Hotel Granada Center or similar
 • Daily breakfast and three dinners
 • Touring by modern, air-conditioned motor coach
 • Local sightseeing and entrance fees

Days 1–3: Madrid

After an overnight international flight, a welcome drink should help you settle into your 4-star accommodations in Spain’s capital city. Day 3 includes a sightseeing tour.

 • Royal Palace of Madrid: More than 2,000 rooms and an impressive collection of weaponry and artifacts fill the official residence of Spain’s royal family.
 • Prado Museum: Houses thousands of works by Spanish and Italian Renaissance masters, including Goya, El Greco, Botticelli, and Titian
 • Puerta del Sol: The point where Madrid’s radial network of streets converge and one of the liveliest spots in the city. See the 18th-century clock tower where locals gather for New Year’s Eve and the iconic bronze statue of a bear eating from a strawberry tree.

Days 4–5: Cordoba and Seville

The tour cruises south through La Mancha’s vineyards and olive groves en route to Cordoba, a city rife with Moorish architecture and culture. The Great Mosque, built in the 8th century, is one especially grand example.

From Cordoba, you’ll head west to Seville, where a city tour will acquaint you with its Gothic architecture and historic Santa Cruz neighborhood.

 • Seville Cathedral: The world’s biggest Gothic structure, but that isn’t its only claim to fame—it’s purportedly the burial site of Christopher Columbus.
 • Giralda Tower: Climb a ramp to the top, where you’re rewarded with unparalleled views of the city.

Days 6–8: Granada and Toledo

On day 6, the tour leaves Seville for Granada, located on Spain’s southern coast. The Andalusian city boasts mountain views, flamenco dancing, and restaurants serving authentic tapas. The prime attraction, however, is the Alhambra Palace, a hilltop stunner built in the 9th century.

After dinner and an overnight stay, you’ll travel to the last stop, Toledo. The city’s 14th-century St. Tome Church houses The Burial of the Count of Orgaz, arguably El Greco’s most renowned painting.

I f this is a first trip to Istanbul Airport travelers should know that travel agents do not meet you inside of airport. You are told that they will be holding up signs and to be on schedule to meet them, but they are outside of building {in front}, not at baggage area. It is a great distance from baggage area to front of airport. Airport does not allow travel reps in airport.
