Inspirit Yoga and Fitness Studio

Inspirit Yoga and Fitness Studio was designed to uplift both the body and spirit. Classes commence between honey-colored hardwood floors and soaring ceilings as certified instructors teach yoga classes. Studio owner Ravenflower Dugandzic wanted to create a welcoming space for the community to come and learn about living a balanced lifestyle and even holds regular events and workshops at the studio. To help students along on their healthy quests, her classes include a detoxifying Hot Flow yoga class during which the heated room helps students stretch, Slow Flow, which emphasizes mindful relaxation, Yin yoga, and even kids' and prenatal classes.
