Choose from Three Options

  • C$39 for one six-week beginners’ running course (an C$80 value)
  • C$40 for 5 evening boot camp classes (a C$100 value)
  • C$79 for 10 evening boot camp classes (a C$200 value)

Aimed to help beginning runners, the running course meets every Monday and Wednesday at 7 a.m. for 30–45 minutes. By the end of six weeks, new runners are prepared to run a 5K. The evening boot camps meet on Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. and Thursday at 7:45 p.m. and include nutritional guidance before some sessions.

Six-week running course does not start until August 12th.
