About National Martial Arts
Krav maga. Brazilian jujitsu. Muay thai kickboxing. These three disciplines form the base of the curriculum at National Martial Arts, where instructors teach a hybrid brand of martial arts and help students of all ages develop the focus necessary to achieve their physical goals. Called the art of eight limbs for using the hands, feet, elbows, and knees, muay thai covers a variety of striking techniques that help build all-around strength and endurance. Gracie-style jujitsu incorporates grappling techniques that teach students how to subdue opponents with flowing holds, while Krav maga instills self-defense techniques.
