Terrible customer service! They made a big deal about providing an invoice for insurance purposes (something about this being a promotion, even though I explained that I want an invoice for the amount paid and not for the amount of the regular service). After I scheduled appointment for 90min massage and they accepted the Groupon for 90min massage, somehow there was a “misunderstanding” and I was provided with a 60min service. This place is supposed to provide relaxation and pleasant experience, but it has been nothing but aggravation. I wouldn’t recommend it.
