Q&A with Katie Zwiebel, Owner And Trainer
Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
No two classes are the same, and all classes are outdoors. We change where we meet around Green Lake each week so the scenery is different. We have a wide variation of exercises as well as trainers to keep classes interesting, intense, and keep our clients motivated to show up the next day. There is also a camaraderie [among] our smaller classes that keep everyone coming back for more.
What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?
They don't have someone to keep them accountable, whether it's meeting up with a friend to walk, a buddy to lift some weights, or the right trainer/class. When you find the right fit, you keep going back because you are motivated, you see changes, and you enjoy it! When you have someone holding you accountable, you'll get out of bed, even when you don't want to.
Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?
Our classes are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6 a.m. around Green Lake.
