One-hour cross training boot camps mix gymnastics, sprinting, and weightlifting to quickly get participants into shape. Classes meet Mondays and Wednesdays at 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m.
Led by a Level 3 graduate of the National Coaching Certificate Program, Vancouver BlitzFit helps dedicated individuals of any fitness level get in shape. Personal training gives participants enough one-on-one time with their trainer to perfect their exercise form. Group boot-camp sessions utilize cross training principles to maximize fitness gains. Meeting thrice weekly, this program challenges participants with new combinations of aerobic exercise and strength training, making sure that they're always improving.
