Aesthetician was very conscientious and pleasant. Brazilian wax very well done, however 30 minute facial was a fixed format, a 'relaxing' facial, irrespective of what was desired or hoped for. The 30 minute Massage was not as successful; it felt piece-meal, unfinished, and I left with a cramp in my calf. It also was not quite 30 minutes. I was not satisfied with it.
