Yogis stretch their way through five kinds of yoga classes founded in the Bishnu tradition. Other classes include Yin Yoga and Creative Yoga. They teach the body-purifying art seven days a week.

Yoga Heritage

Established in 1994, Yoga Heritage's teachers were early adopters of Bikram Choudhury's hot yoga regimen. They reach a little further back in Bikram's history than most, drawing from his signature series of 26 postures, and also the series of 84 postures practiced by Bikram's own teacher, Bishnu Ghosh. They teach students and teachers alike the multi-generational blend of traditions in a heated room. In addition to Bishnu Hot Yoga, other classes include the restorative Yin Yoga and dynamic, ever-changing Creative Yoga.
