Global Pillars

In 2019, Groupon’s DEI team launched Global Pillars, five employee-led groups designed to foster cross-cultural collaboration across Groupon’s global offices. Each Global Pillar is focused on a subject area for the development and execution of inclusive global programming. In 2020, working groups were established to drive efforts within each Pillar.
