New

  • Condition/grading: new

  • Packaging: manufacturer packaging

A-Grade Refurbished

  • Condition/grading: Like new with little to no wear. Tested and certified by a third-party refurbisher based on functionality, cleaning, inspection, and repackaging.

Scratch and Dent

  • Condition/grading: Laptops will show signs of use, with minor dings, dents, and smudges on the front and back. Laptop corners may be slightly dented.
