The instructors at West Coast Pilates Centre bring a diverse approach to health and wellness. They each infuse their unique personalities into West Coast's classes, which are primarily Reformer sessions for specific skill levels. There are also hybrid classes that mix Reformer techniques with cardio or barre, as well as private and semi-private sessions for up to three people or one set of triplets.
