Shipping Policy offers two types of shipping: Standard and Freight Delivery. Orders of $49+ qualify for free ground shipping, and orders of $1,499+ qualify for free freight delivery. Shipment costs vary for orders that fall under the minimum spend, but you’ll see those rates at checkout.

Standard Shipping partners with UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship packages Monday–Friday at the following speeds:

  • Standard Ground Shipping: 1–5 business days
  • Second Day Air: 2 business days after shipment
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment

Freight Delivery

Large orders and heavy or oversized packages (such as appliances) will be loaded onto semi-trucks and delivered curbside. Shipping speeds vary depending on location and other variables. Return Policy

You have 180 days of receipt to initiate a return for most products. Certain items may be ineligible for returns or may need to be returned sooner, so be sure to check your receipt for pertinent info. Items cannot be returned after 181 days of receipt of order. 

A full refund (minus shipping costs) will be applied to your account once the item has been received and inspected through’s warehouse. Items must meet the following standards to qualify for a return:

  • Resalable condition
  • Free from scratches and/or defects
  • Uninstalled
  • In original manufacturer’s box and packaging; must be free of writing
  • Cannot be missing pieces
  • Cannot be clearance/liquidations/closeout

How to Make a Return

To make an online return: 

  1. Click on the 'Find My Order' button below
  2. Log in to your account or sign in as a guest
  3. Enter your order number 
  4. Select the order you’d like to return
  5. Click ‘Set up a Return’ to finalize

You can also process returns with customer service.

Where to Send Your Return

Once your return request has been processed, you’ll receive an email with return labels and instructions. recommends sending all items back in their original shipment packaging.
