One important factor in choosing the right size TV is, of course, budget. Larger TVs will certainly be pricier than smaller models. But you’ll also want to consider the size of the room the TV will be in. Samsung’s rule of thumb is to use this formula: Viewing distance (in inches)/2 = recommended TV size.
You can find great deals on Samsung TVs at retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Best Buy, as well as at Samsung.com. If you have a specific model in mind—or are interested in Samsung financing—shopping directly through the manufacturer is the way to go.
If you want the latest TV models, you’ll want to shop when they come out (which is between February and March). This is also a good time to save on older models, as retailers are discounting prices on older sets to make more room for newer inventory. Prices will be at their peak shortly before the Super Bowl, but will come down in spring. Make a point to shop;
The short answer is yes. Samsung offers a lot of choices for every budget—from top-of-the-line 8K QLED TVs to modestly priced Smart TVs. While Samsung isn’t offering too much more than competitors such as Sony and LG, they do have some concepts in the works that will push them to the next level.
