What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Bootcamp classes incorporate a variety of activities, including kettle bells, TRX exercises, and the infusion of martial arts. In addition to being a personal trainer, I am also a Tae Kwon Do and Krav Maga instructor and have the resources and facility to include some martial arts in the classes.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
Workouts are designed to be challenging for all fitness levels with a fun and loose environment keeping clients positive and motivated.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Fitness is a crucial part of my personal life and it excites me to pass on my knowledge and experience to others who have a variety of fitness goals.
What do you love most about your job?
Several clients have expressed that because of my classes they are happier and physically stronger. I love knowing I make a positive difference in the lives of others.
