Really great massage

My husband and I went for a couple massage and it was wonderful. We both asked for medium pressure and the ladies went to town. Definitely worked out the knots we had from our recent trip where we were on the plane for a long time and walked over 10k steps a day. We will definitely go back again!

I booked this appointment two days in advance and was so excited because they were able to schedule us for 10 AM on Valentine’s Day. The next day (the day before Valentine’s), I got a call saying their manager had already booked someone else at 10 AM and asked if we could move to 5 PM. It was disappointing since we originally wanted an afternoon massage, but everywhere else was booked, so we agreed. When we arrived on Valentine’s Day around 4:45 PM, we weren’t taken back until about 5:15 PM. To be fair, it was Valentine’s Day and they were clearly busy, so we tried to give them the benefit of the doubt on the timing. We also had an issue with our Groupon. When we got there, she kept saying it showed as already redeemed, even though I had never touched or redeemed it before arriving. She was struggling with it for a while and then eventually just gave up and brought us into the room without really explaining what happened, which felt unorganized. The service was advertised as a 50-minute massage (not even a full 60 minutes), and it was about $10 more than other places I’ve been to. Unfortunately, the massage didn’t even last the full 50 minutes. I timed it myself and it was closer to 35–40 minutes. The massage itself was okay — the hot stones were nice — but there were several interruptions. During our couples massage, my massage therapist kept leaving the room to fix the music because it would randomly turn off, and at one point she even massaged me and was on a phone call. Meanwhile, the other therapist stayed with my boyfriend the entire time. It made me feel like I wasn’t really prioritized, especially since this was supposed to be a relaxing Valentine’s experience. Honestly, I feel like I could’ve gotten the same experience from a mall massage for cheaper. Other places closer to us offer a full 60 minutes, essential oils, water, small snacks, and better amenities — and they cost less. At the end, when we were leaving, they directly asked where their tip was, which made things uncomfortable. My boyfriend had to run to the car to grab whatever cash he had. I understand holidays can be hectic, but between the scheduling change, Groupon issue, shorter massage time, interruptions during the service, higher price, and awkward tip situation, I wouldn’t come back especially when there are better, more affordable options nearby that offer more for the money!

Bad customer service. It was only two people being cheap as they did our couple massage one kept answering phone calls booking services. It was just rude and very interrupting. No care to attend to us and it was V-day and was supposed go be peaceful and relaxing but they didn't show Any concern only to get money. She had nerves to ask for a tip I told her hell no because she didn't even do her job. I WILL NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND BUYI G GROUPON FOR THIS LOCATION. she asked me to cancel it and just pay her and I said absolutely not. It was just weird and a bad experience
