This was a birthday gift for my husband. The building itself is not what I expected but the inside made up for it, were greeted at the front door and escorted to where we needed to check in. Amazing massage rooms, super attentive staff. Sauna did not work for us when we visited but was given an extra 10 minutes on our massage. Also wish we were able to chose our music selection, but overall a relaxing visit.
