Each session lets exercisers attend up to three one-hour sessions per week. During each class, trainer Aaron Lipsey combines cardiovascular endurance training with safe strength training to stoke weight loss in groups of 12 or fewer students. Sessions are scheduled from early morning to mid-evening Monday–Saturday—check the drop-down menu of class times for complete scheduling information.

Torch Fitness

Many people take up exercise to better face routine health challenges, such as losing weight or improving heart health. For Aaron Lipsey, it was a little more serious: during his childhood, he was locked in battle with cancer. Living a nutritionally sound life with as much exercise as he could muster was vital, so it was no surprise that he soaked up as much information on healthy lifestyles as he could. Eventually, he set himself another challenge: to share the fitness and nutrition techniques he learned with others through Torch Fitness.

Aaron fuses the many disciplines he’s learned into what he calls The Iron Inferno. Half his focus is building strength with advanced strength training techniques, teaching his clients perfect posture to prevent long-term injuries and short-term stubbed toes. Then, he splices in cardio drills and a technique called “tissue migration,” which uses a variety exercises to strengthen the body and help prevent injuries. He bookends each course with monthly tests to track progress and hold clients accountable for their progress.
