What are the class sizes?
I like to keep the classes smaller to ensure everyone gets an individualized workout and all the form help they need throughout the workout! 1-5 people attend each class.
What are the small group class times offered?
Monday 7am, 8am, and 9am
Wednesday 7am, 8am, and 9am
Friday 7am, 8am, and 9am
Saturday 10am
Can anyone of any level take any class?
YES! People of all levels of fitness are welcome!
