• Massage sessions are now by appointment only. (Walk-ins and same-day appointments will not be accepted.)
• All clients will be sent intake, assessment, and a ability waiver form within 72 hours of making their appointment. Clients must bring the completed documentation with them to their first appointment. Failure to bring the intake form and waiver will deduct time from the scheduled massage session.
• All clients will be instructed to stay in their car when arriving for their massage appointment and will be called when it’s time to enter the center for your scheduled session.
• Clients will be provided hand sanitizer and your temperature will be taken upon entering the center.
• Since the waiting area is now closed, all clients should come to the office alone unless absolutely necessary. If one must have accompaniment, they will be asked to wait in the vehicle.
• A face mask shall be worn the entire time a client is in the office until instructed to adjust or remove it when turning face down on the massage table.
• Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between clients.

• Refreshments including mints and cups of water will not be served.

• If a client has experienced any of the following, please do not schedule a massage session at this time. If a session is already scheduled, contact Andretta Jones immediately and reschedule this appointment.
  • Have you had a fever in the last 24 hours of 100°F or above?
  • Have you recently had any respiratory or other symptoms, sore throat, or shortness of breath?
  • Do you now, or recently had, any chills, muscle aches, the new loss of taste or smell, or new rashes or lesions?
  • Have you traveled outside of the US in the last 30 days?
  • Have you been in contact with anyone in the last 14 days who has been diagnosed with the symptoms?

The same questions will be asked again when a client arrives for a session. If they appear ill when they arrive for their appointment and/or answer ‘yes’ to any of these questions, an appointment will be canceled and a client will be assisted in rescheduling the massage session, without any penalty.
