Access Boot Camp offers one-hour sweat sessions for all body types and fitness levels throughout the week, with classes starting every weekday at 6 a.m., 7 a.m., 5 p.m., and 6 p.m. During a 30-day membership, you can drop in on Access Boot Camp's fitness classes whenever you want, letting the camp's extensively trained trainers push and positively inspire you towards a state of unparallelled svelteness and antiflabbery. The camp is founded on the principle of "muscle confusion"—during the aggressive guessing game, the camp's drill sergeants will use your instinctual distrust of routine to their advantage. They’ll keep your muscles guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so you’ll never fall into a boring, ineffective routine, such as regular teeth brushing. Manageable class sizes offer optimal personal attention for clients as they look to shed a few extra pounds while gaining the social weight of new friends.

Participants are advised to bring their own yoga mat and 2-5 pound dumbbells.

Access Boot Camp

In parks throughout the United States and Vancouver, Access Boot Camp's certified personal trainers continually perplex muscles with a new 60-minute routine each class. The drills blend resistance exercises with cardio routines such as running, calisthenics, and sparring against defibrillators, striving to shed fat and toughen physiques. Clients might wrestle against resistance bands, hoist small dumbbells, or partner up for bodyweight moves. In addition to holding personal-trainer certifications, every boot camp instructor has undergone Access's specialized, and because classes are capped at 20 students per trainer, attendees get plenty of face time and individualized tips. Friendly faux drill sergeants lead the alfresco workouts rain or shine, and only cancel classes during plagues of spandex-devouring locusts.
