Great massage by Michelle, she used stretching and breathing to assist in my massage. She checked in several times to see how I was and how the pressure was! My neck and shoulders were like a brick when I came in but nice and loose when I left!

I was totally impressed with my massage therapist, Jamie. She listened to what I needed and responded well. The small gym where the massage room is located, was immaculate, as was the massage room itself. I will go back.

Alicia was amazing. My body was aching after some work around the house and she took care of it. 3 days later I am still feeling the impact of her massage. Gentle at times but intense when needed. Can only highly recommend!!
