Advantage Conditioning’s trainers run a matrix of assessments on campers, taking measurements for body composition and weight, and assign corresponding stretch and aerobic exercises for off days. Boot camps meet for 60 minutes three times a week, spanning six weeks. Classes are held Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 5:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., and Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.

Leading a team of professional trainers, Lindsay Jurkowski personalizes workouts. They travel to clients’ homes or offices for personal sessions or lead small, tight-knit groups of encouraging peers through rigorous boot camps in the studio. Exercisers who prefer to go it alone can cycle through Advantage Conditioning’s ample stock of free weights, resistance bands, and strength and cardio machines.
