Aerial Yoga Boerne offers authentic yoga, with the support of a soft, aerial fabric hammock – to explore, refine, and advance traditional asana, both in the air and the ground. Aerial Yoga works with gravity to relax and realign the body, center the mind, and uplift the spirit.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
While this unique form of yoga also helps in increase flexibility and range of motion, along with building strength, an aerial practice is also fun! Who doesn't like to swing, flip or hang upside down?

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We were inspired to build and engineer an Aerial Studio that safely supports 20 students.

What do you love most about your job?
Meeting and working with students at all different levels of flexibility, strengths and ages - and seeing their excitement & joy as they learn to fly!
