How can I prepare for my AIR® Aerial Fitness class?
Come with bare feet - save the socks as they can be too slippery not only on the hammocks but on the floors. Full-length leggings are recommended, as at times the hammock could rub by your skin. Tighter-fitting tops are also recommended for aerial hammocks during inversions.
What AIR® Aerial Fitness classes should I take?
It is recommended that new clients take 3-5 AIR Foundation classes before graduating to AIR intermediate classes. Ask upon booking your classes which is the best for you! Classes offered range from all levels aerial fitness, aerial yoga, to intermediate-advanced classes; choose between different packages tailored to fit your schedule and level of experience.
What should I bring to my AIR® Aerial Fitness class?
Please bring a water bottle, a hand towel, and your phone (to capture the #AIRPOW pose of the week). Mats and water are provided!
