Coach Landon Showalter has over 50 competitive fights in the U.S. and Asia. Coach Nate is a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Coach Matt Davis is one of Coach Landon's pro fighters. Over 40 years experience in martial arts along with Coach Landon being a certified fitness trainer.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
6–12 for kids' class; 13 and up for all-ages classes

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Give the community a safe place to get kids and teens off the streets. Teach them life values, self-confidence, health, and wellness to improve yourself.

What do you love most about your job?
Staying healthy, sharing values, and meeting new people and helping...them reach their personal goals.
