I enjoy keeping a light-hearted atmosphere, I like to set challenging but achievable goals that encourage you to push your limits.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I have always loved staying active and constantly learning new ways to maintain or improve good health. I have also been aware that it’s not always easy to get to the gym when short on time. That’s when I decided that a good workout doesn’t require a gym, it just requires knowledge and tenacity.
What do you love most about your job?
There’s nothing better than seeing the joy in someone’s eyes when they finally overcome what they thought was impossible before. I like helping people realize that anything is possible if you don’t give up!
